Are you tired of your lunch box options? Looking to save money on groceries this year? Are you reading labels and trying to reduce food additives in your diet? Maybe you are trying to reduce plastic and waste when packaging and preparing meals. You are going to love this yummy class. This hands-on workshop will be led by Kelly McDonald, Certified Master Food Preserver. During this class you will learn how to make your own granola and other new and fun lunch box additions and explore Food dehydration to make fruit leather and dehydrated fruit “chips”. Each workshop attendant will receive recipes/instruction. Presentation about safe food preservation through dehydration techniques. Everyone will taste lots of samples and go home with new ideas to make the lunch box more fun.
Cost of the hands-on workshop is $10.00.
