History of Farm Bureau topic of meeting

The Allegany Area Historical Association will meet at 2pm, April 13 at the Heritage Center, 25 N. Second Street.

Timothy Bigham, an area field supervisor for the New York State Farm Bureau, will give a presentation on the history of the agency as well as the economic and public policy issues challenging the agricultural industry today.

A graduate of the Environmental Science and Forestry program at SUNY Syracuse, Mr. Bigham serves as an adviser to Farm Bureau organizations in five Western New York counties.

The meeting is FREE and open to the public.
