Cornell Cooperative Extension to Host Winter Growers Meeting in Farmersville

On Tuesday January 20, 2026, Cornell Cooperative Extension will host a Winter Growers Meeting in Farmersville, NY from 9:00am-2:00pm. Education will be provided by Cornell Vegetable Program, and Educators from Cattaraugus, Wyoming and Allegany Counties. Lunch is kindly provided by the Genesee Valley Produce Auction and will be available to those pre-registering.

Location: Farmersville Center Community Church 9038 NY-98 Farmersville, NY 14737.

Doors open at 8:30AM, and the meeting starts at 9:00AM.

This event is designed for agricultural producers interested in learning more about these topics:   

• The morning session provides information on PPE (personal protective equipment), growing mushrooms and fundamentals of plant disease management.
• The afternoon session will cover pesticide protective gear and controlling white mold.

There is no cost to attend, and you may register at the door.
