Eden Valley Creamery was established in 2017, processing milk into cheese from family-owned Eden Valley Organic Dairy Farm. Opening the creamery has been in the development stage for several years while perfecting the proper layout, location, recipes, and business plan. They are now happy to be holding a Grand Opening from 11am to 5pm on Saturday, July 20th at the shop - 12540 Dredge Rd. South Dayton, NY.
They are confident that you will agree the results have been well worth the wait! This weekend is going to be a beautiful warm weekend that will pair nicely with farm fresh cheese! There will be lots of fun exciting things to offer at the Grand Opening! At noon there will be the official ribbon cutting ceremony with special guests. The store will be stocked with all of the cheese to sample and to buy! Plain, Garlic, Sour Cream & Onion, Horseradish, and Buffalo Cheese Curds, as well as their aged cheese: Havarti, Dill Havarti, Gouda, and Baby Swiss.
The store will be stocked with lots of local homemade goodies, new apparel, and ICE CREAM MACHINE! Big Inlet Brewing will be there, sampling their beer which will pair nicely with the cheese!
