The Harvest the Future scholarship was started because in Cattaruaugus County, agriculture is the foundation of many of our communities. Investing in students who have been involved in agriculture and may be pursuing careers in agriculture is an investment into the future of what many of our communities are. By recognizing students who support agriculture, our hope is to encourage a commitment to agriculture in younger generations to keep it as a strong and thriving part of our community for years to come.
