The Shitake Mushroom Log Workshop will be held at Alfred State College in the Agricultural Science Building – Room 109. Steve Jakobi, ASC Professor/Mushroom Grower and the Allegany Cornell Cooperative Extension have teamed up to provide this hands-on workshop which will culminate with each participant making their own inoculated log to take home.
The Workshop will be held on March 11, 2017; 9:00 am – 11:30 am.
