Want to see more local foods used in local restaurants and institutions? Want to connect with farmers or buyers, but don’t know where to start?
Let us make those introductions for you! Attend one or both of the mixers to meet farmers, food producers, & food buyers from the Southern Tier region
Then let your regional agriculture and supply chain specialists help you develop and maintain local food buying relationships. Local food buying increases farm profits, improves community health, and spurs economic development thanks to the multiplier effect! Light refreshments will be served. Registration is appreciated and can be made by emailing Kim LaMendola at klamendola [at] southerntierwest.org.
